they collide.

To get rid of annooying spyware that could be on ur pc download and run this prog. Spybot from this site http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html. This is a free tool which will remove unwanted spyware and adaware.

Top Tip

How to Stop annoying Startup Progs, They slow your system down and really dont need to be there. So here's what u do.

1. Go to Start menu/Run then type msconfig in the run box click OK
2. This will bring up the system configuration utility
3. Goto Start Up and deselect anything that does not need to be starting up when u
first log on. This will increase your PC's productivity.

Bank Charges

In Addition to humping my own bank Halifax for my bank charges i decided to help my mother in law. Delighted to say that once again the bank has been humped. Abbey have sent a payment for all bank charges following my letter. Some of £248 nearly hitting the £500 mark fir bank charges refunded. More later on this as I'm also helping my Mum with her charges. Advice to anyone thinking off trying to get the charges back, DO IT. need help drop me a line. Get it up em

Banks and there charges

Good news today, after hearing my mate's succes at getting back his bank charges i decided i would do the same. I contacted Halifax asking them for all my charges for the last 6 years to be refunded, Answer was No we will not do that. Ok mmm manager please, I raised a complaint, i was then called back 2 days later. I have to say i got a very nice English speaking lady who was very helpful. She forwarded on my complaint to HBOS. basically what i was arguing was that the charges applied where unfair and did not reflect the actual cost of admin charges incurred by the bank. Now i must also add that when i first received these charges like 5 years ago a refund was out of the question, letter after letter sent, millions of wasted phone calls got me nowhere. one phone call an a little bit of knowledge of the law and my rights, went a long way. Nice fat cheque on root to me now for all charges in the last 6 Years loverly.
